Our client Orveon, aimed to redefine beauty and wellness through a month-long immersive experience at Toronto’s Sweat & Tonic. In collaboration with Bodega PR, we brought this vision to life.

Objective

Position Orveon as the leader in integrating beauty, wellness, and self-care through a month-long immersive experience at Sweat & Tonic locations in Toronto.

Vision

Orveon envisioned a seamless blend of their premium beauty brands—Laura Mercier, Buxom, and BareMinerals—within a wellness-driven environment. The goal was to create a unique, immersive experience that would resonate with fitness and beauty enthusiasts , while solidifying Orveon’s position as a leader in holistic self-care.

Solution

We executed a comprehensive takeover of Sweat & Tonic’s two prime locations, Front & Spadina and Yonge & Shuter, transforming these spaces into branded wellness havens. The activation featured a series of exclusive influencer events, bespoke wellness experiences, and daily consumer engagements designed to enhance brand visibility and interaction.

Exclusive Influencer Events:

We kicked off the month with high-profile classes such as Boxing HIIT and yoga sessions, drawing top influencers and amplifying social media buzz. Influencers received PR kits featuring key products from Laura Mercier, Buxom, and BareMinerals, ensuring they became ambassadors for the brands.

Branded Wellness Experiences:

Throughout July, guests enjoyed custom Laura Mercier smoothies, Buxom cocktails, and sponsored fitness classes, all of which were seamlessly integrated with Orveon products. Sampling booths allowed attendees to trial and take home their favorite products, reinforcing brand engagement.

Aesthetic Product Displays:

The venues were adorned with elegant displays featuring Orveon’s top beauty products, complemented by floral arrangements and candles that created an inviting, luxurious atmosphere. Extensive branded signage, including billboards, digital displays, and selfie mirrors, ensured that every corner of the space echoed Orveon’s premium identity.

Engaging Social Media Campaigns:

We harnessed the power of social media through weekly Instagram giveaways, encouraging attendees to share their post-workout selfies for a chance to win prizes. This strategy not only increased online engagement but also extended the reach of Orveon’s brand presence beyond the physical activation.

Results

The activation saw a marked increase in foot traffic at both locations, with daily attendance surging during the campaign. The blend of wellness and beauty created a memorable experience that attendees shared widely on social media, significantly boosting Orveon’s brand visibility.
