The Concierge Club is looking for a Finance Manager based out of Toronto, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the marketing/agency world who can manage and oversee the financials with precision and insight. This is a very hands-on role and ideal for someone seeking to continuously improve financial processes and make a difference in the growth of the company. The Finance Manager role also supports the client service team and senior leadership team with project budgets, reconciliations, financial review, analytics, vendor management and special projects.
This is a hybrid work opportunity with 4 days in office required at our CC Head Office in downtown Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full cycle accounting (A/R, A/P, Revenue Recognition, month-end tasks)
• Bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries
• Lead accounting processes for financial management
• Budget preparation and financial forecasts; report variances
• Publish monthly financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions/reporting
• Comply with provincial (CAN), state (USA), and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
• Recommend improvements for financial accounting practices
• Manage HST/GST and sales tax reporting
• Support team growth and development
• Perform additional controller duties as necessary
• Running payroll bi-weekly through QBO online
Requirements:
• Strong QuickBooks Online Experience
• Strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (writing/verbal)
• Strong financial and management accounting experience
• Strong commitment to delivering on timelines
• Ability to work out of our office in Toronto 4 days a week
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager
• 5-7 years in accounting/finance (small to medium-sized businesses); Agency experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple corporations/businesses simultaneously
• Advanced degree in Accounting
• CPA designation or equivalent is an advantage
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles/procedures
• Experience with financial statement creation and general ledger functions
• Proficiency in accounting software and administration

We're looking for an Account Manager based out of Toronto, Ontario. As an Account Manager you’ll be the key point of contact within the Concierge Club for managing relationships and communications with assigned clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll integrate premium in everything you do – how you communicate, the events you execute, the ideas and trends you share, how you work internally at CC and with our clients. You’re driven, self-motivated and passionate about the events/marketing industry.
This is a hybrid work opportunity with 4 days in office required at our CC Head Office in Liberty Village.
