Account Manager - Miami

The Concierge Club is a premier agency that specializes in producing high-end, innovative events and campaigns for major brands. With expertise across North America, we offer fully integrated event marketing services that elevate brand experiences and create memorable moments. 

The Concierge Club is looking for an Account Manager based out of Miami, Florida. As an Account Manager you’ll be the key point of contact within the Concierge Club for managing relationships and communications with assigned clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll integrate premium in everything you do – how you communicate, the events you execute, the ideas and trends you share, how you work internally at CC and with our clients. 

This is a hybrid work opportunity with 4 days in office required at our CC Head Office in Liberty Village.  It is a great opportunity for a dynamic, driven, self-motivated individual who is passionate about the events/marketing industry. The Concierge Club offers a competitive base salary with opportunity for incentives

Roles & Responsibilities 

Client & Program Management 

  • Key client contact and primary point person for managing relationships and communications with assigned clients. 
  • Overall management and direction on assigned accounts, including financial, structural and communications. Comfortable managing simultaneous projects or larger portfolios consisting of multiple clients.
  • Develop, maintain and modify as needed work back schedules for all programs ensuring client is informed of any required changes throughout the program lifecycle. 
  • Learn and understand clients’ needs, demand and requests with a focus on flawless program execution. Dive into the client brief to understand the ask, success measure and key deliverables. Act as an extension of your clients throughout all phases. 
  • Provide valuable reporting and insights throughout and at the culmination of a program to evaluate success and future opportunity areas. 
  • Management and oversight of all executions, including in-person at highest priority executions (Travel required across various cities and events throughout North America)
  • Experience in full fabrication – from initial concept to final build and production.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio. I.E project types that range from XM campaigns, events, influencer events etc. 

Leadership

  • Manage team/direct reports, including onboarding, training, ongoing coaching and development and performance management.
  • Empower through delegation, understand what motivates your direct reports and lead by example.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal CC departments to ensure delivery of account scope.  
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Actively learn about client and industry trends to bring knowledge, innovation and thought leadership to the table.

Financial

  • Establish budgets and prepare invoices as required in partnership with finance. 
  • Financial tracking, reporting and optimization for each assigned client account, ensuring profitability across all budgets.
  • Ability to review budgets with clients, providing pricing rationale and detailed overview on budget breakdown. 

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • 4-6 years experience in the marketing industry.
  • College or University Degree 
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable presenting in a group setting. Professional and timely in responses.
  • Adaptability – strong problem solver, able to anticipate and respond to unanticipated events in a calm and professional manner and provide guidance to a team. 
  • Able to work independent and in a team environment to achieve desired results.
  • Experience managing program budgets. 
  • Adept & efficient admin skills - Proficient in Google, Microsoft and Apple platforms.

Account Coordinator

The Concierge Club is looking for an Account Coordinator based out of Toronto, Ontario. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Account Management team by assisting with day-to-day client communications, project management, and the execution of marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects, helping to build strong client relationships and drive results. You’ll integrate premium in everything you do – how you communicate, the events you execute, the ideas and trends you share, how you work internally at CC and with our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site logistics, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
  • Project Support: Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all events and experiential marketing activations are executed on time, within scope and under budget
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Source, negotiate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to meet project needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery while staying within budget. Remain cost-conscious to help target project margin
  • Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking project costs, managing invoices, and ensuring that financial documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project budget 
  • Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables, event materials, and client interactions meet the Concierge Club’s high standards of quality, attention to detail, and brand consistency 
  • Administrative Support: Ensure all deliverables, event materials and client interactions meet The Concierge Club’s standards
  • KPIs and Metrics: Meet targets for KPIs and Metrics 
  • Collaboration: Work effectively and collaboratively with AM/other Client Service Team Members and internal partners on active projects during planning, execution and wrap up phases. 
  • Team Management: Manage field staff or Brand Ambassadors, as required for client programs, including training, coaching, offboarding. Lead by example, inspire and motivate the team 

Skills & Qualifications Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or a similar client-facing role in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Exceptional Organization and Time Management skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional and timely in responses both internally and externally (Vendors, Partners, Clients) 
  • Effective Time Management; able to deliver within timelines, prioritize tasks and communicate when support is required 
  • Teamwork - possess a collaborative and positive spirit. Able to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Attention to Detail - Ensuring every aspect of an event or campaign is executed flawlessly, from contracts to logistics, is critical for delivering a high quality client experience 
  • Adaptability: strong problem solver with exceptional critical thinking - solution oriented. Being able to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, come forward with solutions and adapt quickly. Taking ownership and accountability of all deliverables 
  • Adept & efficient admin skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms)
